https://housemouse-challenge.blogspot.com/2024/06/hmfmc-417-atg-or-here-comes-summer.html

I stamped the image in versafine clair black ink and colored it with alcohol markers. The sentiment is from a Tim Holtz sentiment tablet. It says: It's a beautiful dday to leave me alone.

I found this fun summery design paper in my stash with all those wonderful summery words all over it in bright fabulous summer colors.

House Mouse challenge #399

I finally got around to organizing a file box for completed birthday cards. I will continue to put addressed envelopes behind each month with the card that needs to be sent with the date penciled in on the corner of when it should be put in the mailbox. I have never been this organized so I hope this will help me get more of my cards mailed out in time. LOL
I made this card for the current House Mouse challenge to add to my birthday box. I used design paper to cut these banners. Then I stamped this image and colored it with copic markers. These little fellows always seem to know how to celebrate any occasion.

House Mouse challenge #391

Making use of a plaid paper for my option for the House Mouse challenge this week, I chose this cute little mouse in a pot plant to feature on my card. The sentiment is from Pinkfresh and of course the mouse is from Stampablities.  I colored it with Copic markers. I added some flowers and leaves to give the card some extra color. I loved that this plaid ran on the diagonal line. You can check out all the fun for this challenge here:

House Mouse Fun Monday Challenge 364

I can't think of a more fun way to celebrate a birthday than to create with a House Mouse stamp that shows just one way these little mice choose to celebrate!! The theme this week for the House Mouse challenge is birthdays, so here is my contribution to the week. You can find the details for the challenge here: http://housemouse-challenge.blogspot.com/2022/04/hmfmc-364-anything-goes-option-birthdays.html

I used distress oxide inks for watercoloring the mice and the flames. I also used it for creating the glow of the candles by blending it on. The other parts of the card are colored with Copic markers. The stamping was done with versafine clair black.  The paper for the stamping is watercolor paper, It was mounted on a piece of design paper and light pink cardstock.

HMFMC362

I love getting to use a stamp from my House Mouse collection any chance I get so I used the chance use this stamp this week for the HMFMC 362 challenge with the option of snack. I loved this little guy juggling these peanuts and I used a Tim Holtz sentiment strip that said "I don't mean to brag, but I finished my 14 day diets in 3 hours and 12 minutes. I found some great papers in my stash to use for my layout. Hope you like it!

I decided to use this adorable House Mouse stamp to feature on my wedding card for National Wedding Month. I stamped it with black ink and colored it with copic markers. The dies are from Gina Marie designs and used some fabulous wedding paper I had in my stash.

HMFMC334 - bright and cheerful colors

Making use of bright and cheerful colors this week for the HMFMC 334 challenge.  You can find the details for the challenge here:

            http://housemouse-challenge.blogspot.com/2021/02/334-anything-goes-option-of-bright.html

I water colored this image with distress oxide inks. Getting to make a bright and cheery card brightened up this unusually cold winter weather that we have had this week in Texas. Our houses are just not built to withstand these temperatures for long periods of time, and apparently our power sources are not set to handle it either as most of us experienced power outages for hours or days in freezing temperatures.

HMFMC321

I finally got my House Mouse challenge card done that I have wanted to make for the last 2 weeks. Now I  am rushing to meet the deadline. The twist on the challenge was to use a number. I decided to make this card for an adorable 3 year old, since the little mouse was juggling 3 peanuts.  You can find the House Mouse challenges here:
