Sweet Stampin' Love
I did this card for two challenges: the MIX418 challenge on Splitcoaststampers found here:
https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/mix-ability-challenge-f390/mix-418-junket-t637180.html
and the Sweet Stampin' Challenge with the theme of Love this week that can be found here:
http://sweetstampinchallengeblog.blogspot.com/2021/01/sweet-stampin-love.html
I used multi-media on this, I used a recycled magazine page for my hearts, stamped with versamark ink and then covered with gold embossing powder to heat emboss going for a faux cloisonne look, the background was speckled using a Gina K texture stamp using red, pink, and purple distress oxide inks. For embellishment I added the red sticker hearts from Paper Studio. A quick and easy Valentine was my intent.
I also got to use some of my old favorites stamps from years past that make wonderful Valentines no matter how long they have stored in my Valentine tub waiting for their turn to be inked.

Cardz 4 Galz Challenge 139
I stamped these Artistic Impression ladies for the Cardz 4 galz challenge which was to be inspired by a Beatles song. Mine is of course, "I get by with a little help from my friends." They are always reliable for bringing on a smile or two.
You can find the challenge details here: http://cardz4galz.blogspot.com/2021/01/139-inspired-by-beatles-music-dt-call.html

CCEE2104 Warm and Cozy
Lynn McAuley is hosting the final CCEE Challenge for January.
Many of us are experiencing very cold days during late January in our part of the world. Feature on your design something that makes you feel warm and cozy even on the coldest of winter days!
Should you post to an online gallery other than your own blog, please add keyword or tag CCEE2104.
We hope you will be inspired to play along and share your creations with us using Mr. Linky over on the CCEEStampers blog found here
Here is my card. A hot steamy beverage always takes the chill off for me. Since Valentine's Day is quickly approaching, I decided to give this a Valentine theme. A gift card to a favorite coffee shop tucked inside might make a nice little Valentine surprise! I used Unity stamps, distress oxide ink for the background, versafine black for the sentiment and stamping of the mug, and design paper for the paper piecing and strip. the red hearts are some fabulous stickers I added as additional embellishments.

The Spot Challenge - Get Your Heart On!
Trying to do a few challenges I found on Challenges for days. This one is for the Spot Challenge with the theme--Get Your Heart On. You can find this challenge here:
https://www.thespotcreativechallenge.com/2021/01/thespotchallenge147.html
I used Rubber Tapestry peg stamps for the floral additions to my heart. I used a stamp from Unity for the background pattern, and the sentiment is from an old retired Stampin' Up set. I have been a stamper for over 20 years and have quite a collection of stamps. My heart, love, and Valentine stamps I have in a tub together to make them easier to find. Here's my card:
The lacy trim is a die from Sizzix, the heart is a die from Spellbinder, and the tiny white flowers are punched with a mini punch from Creative Memories. I support lots of paper craft companies and I love putting them together in new ways even is some of these are old stamps and some are brand new.

CCEE2102 National Dress Your Dog Day
Lynn McAuley here with the second challenge of 2021 for the CCEE Stampers.
Today is National Dress Up Your Pet Day. In honor of this fabulously fun occasion, feature an animal of any kind dressed up in the clothing of your choice. Add a fun sentiment to cheer up an animal-lover's day! Brownie points if you include a picture on your blog of your pet dressed to celebrate their day!
When posting to an online gallery instead of your personal blog, please include keyword CCEE2102.
I can't wait to see your cute critters dressed to the nines!
This is a digital from Mo Manning. Thought this was so cute making your dog do the "ugly sweater" thing with you. I try to make a few Christmas cards each week to stay ahead of my Christmas card list that seems to be increasing each year and then I don't have so many cards to do at the end of the year.
I colored my image with colored pencils. The sentiment is from Stampin' Up retired set. I punched the holly leaves with a Martha Stewart punch, and added red dew drops for my berries. The oval dies are from Sizzix. The design paper is from Paper Studio.
I am also entering this in the Krafty Chicks Challenge this week. The theme is Christmas and the details can be found here:

CCEE2101 Life Changes
Hello and welcome to a new year of challenges with the CCEE Stampers. We are so happy that you have stopped by to see us today! My name is Lynn McAuley, and I will be posting challenges for the month of January.
A new year usually means New Year's Resolutions. For the first challenge of 2021, I am asking that you feature something that you could add to or subtract from your life to improve the quality of your physical or mental health. Your card can be tongue-in-cheek or the real deal. You decide!
Should you post your design to an online gallery other than your blog, please use keyword CCEE2101.
I have just started a 40 Day Sugar Fast. The book, The 40 Day Sugar Fast by Wendy Speake is helping me get started and it includes prayers and scriptures as it will take the help of God to help me accomplish this. My card today was made with the big not allowed sign over all those candy jars on the design papers. I know God will give me my strength to accomplish this. Here is my card for my reminder:
I will be doing some spiritual journaling along with this so that I can write about how the Lord and I can overcome this stronghold in my life and will write prayers that I can reread to help me through the difficult days.

Stamplorations January CAS challenge - pink, orange, red
I recently purchased a new stamp from Stamplorations. I used distress oxide inks in pink, red, and orange on this card for the background. I used black versafine ink for the sentiment. I love these bold sentiments and quotes that Shery sells as seperate stamps. I did a little stenciling which I thought might be from Stamplorations as well, but I don't label my stencils very well. Maybe that should be my new years' resolution. I haven't been completely happy with my storage method with my stencils either.
Here is where to find this challenge: https://stamplorations.blogspot.com/search/label/CAS%20challenge
