CCEE2037 Slimline card

 Hi Crafty Friends,

It's Frances here again with another fun challenge to share with you. Here are Frances' words:

"  Slimline Cards seem to be very popular at present, especially with a few companies have been releasing dies especially for the use of creating this style of card. I know I have become addicted to this style of card as have a few of my friends. So much so that I created a Facebook Group dedicated to Slimline Cards called Slimline Card Addicts."

For our challenge this week create a Slimline card. The most popular sizes for Slimline Cards are either  8 ½ inches x 3 ½ inches or 4 inches x 9 inches and should fit into a standard business sized envelope.

Let's take a look at the Slimline cards our Design Team have created for the challenge this week ..

Here is my card, and I have just recently started making this size card. I  found this pretty Spellbinder die cut on the mark down at one of my favorite stores, and it seemed to fit nicely with this layout. My background design paper is from Graphics 45. I also used kraft, black, ruby red, and ivory cardstock for the card. The sentiment is from Unity and I added white pearls to the centers of the flowers.
