Jingle Belles challenge - Plaids

I love getting to make Christmas cards early by taking part in the various Christmas challenges that can be found on the internet. This card was made for the Jingle Belles challenge which was to use plaid. This cute snowman image is from Rubbernecker. I used a plaid card from Paper Studio added a design paper that said Merry Christmas all over it and some glittery silver cardstock behind it. I punched the snowflakes with a Martha Stewart punch on white paper. I added gemstones to the centers. The image circle was cut using a Gina Marie die. The image was colored with Copic markers.

Here are the details for the Jingle Belles challenge:

Christmas in July

I am using this card for my Splitcoaststampers' MIX 441 challenge, and also for the DL Art #281 challenge with the theme Christmas in Julu.  You can find the details of the DL Art challenge here:

Lots of fun things were used on this card: versamark ink for the embossing, lots of fun papers, paper punch, and I love this Tim Holtz paper Doll photo that just helps vintage and modern come together on these fun creations. I used a Santa hat sticker for her festive hat! The center of the snowflakes are sparkly enamel dots.  The embossed image is from Unity Stamps.
