CCEE2048 Tie one on
HMFMC #329
I know the old poem "The Night before Christmas" speaks of not a creature was stirring not even a mouse. Well, that is not the case with this little festive trio all fired up with their holiday songs to share in the merriment of the season. This is my newest of House Mouse stamps for me, and I play a guitar, so I just had to have this musical trio. With a Christmas twist on this week's HMFMC, I wanted to enter it in the challenge. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

CCEE2047 Sunflowers
This image is from Flourishes LLC which is no longer operating but the artwork is by Marcella Hawley who is the owner of Power Poppy. Her floral images are amazing and I still collect them to this day. She sells many of her digital images on her site. I colored this with colored pencils and copic markers.
The Little Red Wagon Challenge #576
The Little Red Wagon Challenge theme this week is "Say it Loud". So I wanted to try out this new stencil from The Rabbit Hole making the Ho, Ho, Ho to cover most of the card. the I used a bold "Merry Christmas" over it in black ink. The stenciling was done using distress oxide barn door ink. I added a few sparkly holly stickers on it as accents. You can find this challenge here:

I am now in high gear getting my Christmas cards made. I plan on doubling my card list this year since 2020 has been a year of great separations and if we are still doing limited social gatherings, I hope a special card made just for them, will bring a little extra joy to many of my friends and stamping friends.

Twofer Card Challenge - #33 - Stars
My star is of course, the star of Bethlehem. I used this wonderful little set from Art Impressions and the star that shone over the manger in Bethlehem. On the one on the left I used design papers from Echo Park. I colored it with Copic markers and mounted it all onto kraft cardstock. The card on the right is made with the same stamp from Art Impressions and put on an embossed folder that is either from Sizzix or Spellbinder. The folder only haslf of the pattern that looks like sun rays, so I placed it on top with the arch completing the full circle and ran it back through my embossing machine. It has little diecut pieces that I put some gold chrome paper behind so it would shine through. I popped up Baby Jesus with some dimensional pieces on both cards. Thanks for forgoing the rule about different occasions as I really am heavy into getting Christmas cards completed. I want to send out so many more this year, because of all the lack of time I have gotten to spend with friends due to this pandemic.
