Krafty Chicks #779 anything goes

I had to make a birthday card for a friend, so decided to share it here for this challenge. The background I used left over scraps of design paper. The image I used is from Unity Stamps, as is the sentiment. I colored the image with alcohol makers. I fussy cut the birthday girl.
