Try a Sketch on Tuesday #671
It's fun to get to start some summer cards for fun!! I did this one for the Try a Sketch on Tuesday :

I loved this tablet of design paper from Paper Studio with these summer images in pastel colors. Torn paper is one of my favorites for an easy technique. The stamps are from Bo Bunny and I used versafine clair black ink. I colored them with copic markers. I found this little sentiment lost from the set it came with so not sure of the source for it. I just used a white card stock for the card base.
HMFMC#441
Here is my card for the newest challenge for HMFCM #441. I embossed the coral cardstock. I stamped white cardstock with this image from my collection. I colored it with alcohol markers. I die cut this die from Momenta on white then colored it with alcohol markers. The sentiment was stamped using versafine clair black, as was the house mouse image. I fussy cut the image and sentiment and added it to the front.

Saturday Sketch ch #776 and Christmas Throwdown technique challenge
This card was made using this week's Sketch Saturday sketch. thought I'd work some on my Christmas stash. The bell die is from Impression Obsessions (I sure miss them). The sentiment is from Creative Worship Stamps. The design papers are from my Christmas sale stash from Paper Studio and the red cardstock is from Gina K designs.
I am also entering this card in the Christmas Thowndown Challenge with the criteria for that challenge this week was to use dies or punches. The bells are dies and the red panel was made with a punch. The details for that challenge is found here:

I made this card above from my inspiration of this photo of a father and son. This is stamped with a retired Stampin' Up set that I have had in my collection for years. I stamped it directly onto this design paper and then colored it with alcohol markers. The sentiment is from Stampin' Up as well.

Can you handle the pressure? Jungle animal
I inked on of my mixed textured embossing folders with various neutral colors of distress oxide inks. for the card background. I stamped this terrific lion stamp from Unity with versafine clair black into onto this marigold paper. The sentiment is a little sentiment strip from Tim Holtz. I mounted the whole card onto a back panel of the marigold cs.

Jingle Belles challenge - Animal Antics
This was a fun card to make for the current Jingle Belles challenge with the theme Animal Antics.

I chose these design papers that were from a Paper Studio tablet I got at an after Christmas sale. The dog stamp is from Unity Stamps that I stamped with versafine clair black ink on kraft paper. I fussy cut the dog and a stocking from some of the left over paper. I found a gold scrap to make his collar and then I added the Santa hat and the holly as holiday embellishment.
The sentiment was a die and not sure of the source for that.
TGIF526 - boho design
Here is my boho design that I stenciled with an A Colorful Life stencil and various colors of distress oxide inks I stamped the birthday sentiment with a Stampendous stamp in versafine clair black ink. I added a sequin and some small flowers with tiny gemstones for the centers as simple embellishment.

I punched circles from some left over scraps on my work table. Then I arranged them onto a white card front. I colored this digital image from Power Poppy with alcohol markers and fussy cut it out to place over the background. The sentiment is from Power Poppy as well. I mounted the front onto an apricot cardstock card base. I added some sparkle pen over the glass jar to make it look like glass.

HMFMC #440
I made this for this week's sparkle challenge this week on House Mouse. I used some gold paper which is the back side of the background print. I used burgundy cardstock to die cut my numbers. I also used the burgundy for the card base. I added some sequins to add additional sparkle. You can find this challenge here:
Cardz 4 galz - Things with wings
I used a stencil from A Colorful Life over a piece of design paper with red distress oxide ink. I stamped the plant with versafine clair black. It was an old stamp that was in my collection but the source was not labeled. The butterflies are a stamp from Spellbinders with a matching die. I stamped it in the versafine clair black ink as well. I added a Tim Holtz sentiment strip. I added a rust cardstock basse and then put it on a black card base. I used alcohol markers to color the butterflies.
Little Red Wagon #508
I stenciledd the darker green eaves on a piece of leafy design paper. I stamped the flowers from Stampendous on white paper, colored the centers with a yellow alcohol marker. The background stamping is also using a stamp from that same stamp set from Stampendous. I fussy cut the flowers and added them to the card front. The sentiment is a Tim Holtz sentiment strip. It says: wishing you all you're wishing for.

I used design paper (red with silver happy) and aqua card stock and a gray card base. I stamped this image from Unity Stamps on white, fussy cut it and colored it with alcohol markers.

Crazy is my name, Stenciling my game for May challenge
I made this card for the May challenge over at Crazy is my name, Stenciling is my game.
I love bouquets and this is a particularly beautiful one from Power Poppy. I colored it with alcohol markers and stamped the sentiment with a stamp from Stampendous. The stencil is from A Colorful Life called Stylized Four Petals that I used for my background done with distressed light green oxide inks.

ABC22S19
This is my S card for the ABC challenge over on Splitcoaststampers. I started with a smash ink background of pink distress oxide ink. See all the wonderful splatters which added another s to the mix. Then I stenciled some spots over it using the same distressed oxide ink and A Colorful Life stencil. The I used some stripes I found on aanothr one of my A Colorful Life stencils and used stencil paste to add a little texture to the design. I used an older stamp set from my stamp collection by artist Marcella Hawley of sweet peas. I colored them with alcohol markers. And lastly I added the star made from a Gina Marie stencil. S was certainly a fun letter to work with. And I will be added the number 64 to it to send to a friend who has reached that sensational age and yes, we will still need her and feed her (as the Beatles once reminded us!!

Jingle Belles Challenge - Christmas Bells
It is always so fun to see what the new challenge is on the Jingle Bells Challenge every other week, and how fun to see it is Christmas Bells this time. I found some design paper with bells on it and so I matched it up with this repeated Merry Christmas script pattern. I die cut my jingle bells with silver chrome paper with an Impression Obsession die. I sure do miss IO. I die cut some holly leaves and added these red bow stickers just for a little more of a festive look.

The Cupcake Inspiration Challenge - lavender and sagge
Marcella Hawley has been one of my favorite artists when it comes to florals. I chose to color this digital of hers from Power Poppy to color using lavender and sage the colors for the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge this week. I used alcohol markers for coloring. You can find the details here:

Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge for May
I missed the deadline for my card for April for this challenge, so I am trying to get this one posted on time this month. I love doing challenges that help me get my Christmas cards made all during the year. You can find the details for this one here:
I used some design paper for the background. I used an cup stamp from an old set I have had for years. I did some paper piecing with the cup by stamping it on design paper. The flowers were stamped with a
new set that came from Gina K designs, which also included the sentiment. I used some gold chrome die cut square as an accent piece and also for gold trim on the strip going cross the card. Gold enamel glitter dots were used as the flower centers.

Can you handle the pressure - florals
This was a hard card to photograph, but this is the best I could do getting the contrasts in the embossing on the white. I used a folder from Darice for the card front and a 3-D embossing folder from Sizzix for the rose. I added them to the front after I fussy cut them and used dimensional foam tape behind them as the adhesive. I used some design paper from my stash to make the inside part of the card. I used a sparkle pen inside of the indentions on the embossing on the card base. I think it shows up some in the photo. You can find this challenge here:
Sweet Stampin' Challenge - Spring
So many challenges for spring and florals as this is the wonderful time of the year that the earth comes to life again. I loved the spring colors of this paper so I used it for the challenge over on the Sweet Stampin' challenge this week. The papers are from Paper Studio and the floral digital is from my favorite site to find the most beautiful florals created by Marcella Hawley over at Power Poppy. I chose colors that coordinated the colors of the design paper with the flowers of this gorgeous bouquet. The sentiment is also from Power Poppy. You can find the details of this challenge here:
Love those pretty papers - florals
I bought this Paper Studio pad of paper recently not only because it was 40% off, but also because I loved the color palette used in the assortment of papers in it. I used this Power Poppy digital that I colored with alcohol markers to coordinate with those colors. I used a Martha Stewart border punch to make the pink eyelet looking edge. I fussy cut the image and die cut the sentiment.

All Sorts challenge #823 paper piecing
I was so happy to see the theme for the All Sorts Challenge this week because I love to use that technique a lot. This stamp from Unity is one of my favorites to use for this technique because it makes me feel like a home decorator when I can match papers and accessories to the card I use it for.. The background design paper is from Paper Studios and the dp for the chair is from Impression Obsessions. {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2025 linky party day 8

For this card I used pink ink and paper for my background to use some non-traditional Christmas colors and stenciled this with A Colorful Life stencil. I added white gel pen dots to some of the snowflakes and then added icy crystal domes for the centers. This snowman is an older stamp in my stamp collection and it is from Rubberneckers. I stamped it with Versafine Clair Ink and colored it with alcohol markers. The sentiment is from Gina K designs. The cardbase is white card stock.
I have tried to add my cards today to help reach the goal that was set for cards shared. Thanks for keeping this fun for the whole week. And again I enjoyed it so much.
BYSCH - Spring into Christmas 2025
I used a Gina K stencil for this card. First I stenciled it in turquoise distressed ink and the moved it slightly then stenciled over with silver stencil paste. I used a scrap of design paper from Graphics 45 that was left over by a previous card. The sentiment is from Gina K as well. In the center I used an crystalized dome of the snowflake.
This is the final day of this party and I have had such a good time getting some of my Christmas cards made and enjoying all the wonderful cards and ideas shared this week over at BYSHC. Thank you, ladies for all the work that goes into putting this on.

I stenciled the hearts onto the design paper with A Colorful Life stencil. I used a Power Poppy digital that I colored with alcohol markers. The basket is a digital from Impression Obsessions that is also colored with alcohol markers. I added some pink gemstones and pink enamel dots for embellishments. The sentiment is from Stampendous. It is stamped with versafine clair black ink. I used pink cardstock for the card base.
Alphabet Challenge - B is for butterflies - more than 2
I made this card for the Alphabet Challenge for the letter B. My butterflies are from a Spellbinder set that included the die. I used distress oxide inks for the butterflies and for the leaf stencil. The sentiment is from Stamplorations. I stamped it in versafine clair black ink. I embellished it with sequins. The card base is olive green.
Inspired by....basket of flowers
The basket I used on this card is a digital from Impression Obsessions and one of my favorites. I colored it with alcohol markers, which I also used for the coloring of my tulips that are from Power Poppy. Power Poppy has some of the most beautiful floral images out there. I found this gorgeous design paper in my stash. The sentiment is from Stampendous and I stamped it in versafine clair black. I used a sage cardstock for my card base.

I used an old favorite stamp set from Flourishes (no longer in business) for this lovely bunch of peaches. I stamped the image with versafine clair black and colored it with alcohol markers. I cut the image with an oval die, and then die cut the apricot cardstock frame. I mounted it on design paper from Paper Studio and used a light green for the card base.

The Flower Challenge- Add dots or stripes
I used a dotted background and then stenciled some stripes on with brown distressed oxide ink. I used A Colorful Life stencil. The flowers are from a stamp from Gina K designs as is the sentiment and they are stamped with versafine clair black ink. The flowers are colored with alcohol markers. I used Sizzix oval dies as we I used white cardstock as my card base.
Triple B challenge for May 2025
I made this card for the above challenge. I used a piece of purple design paper from Graphics 45 to 3-D embossing folder from Sizzix. Then I rubbed a pale yellow distress ink pad over the embossed area. I tore some yellow design paper for an accent strip. The flower was stamped on white cardstock using a beautiful Fresh Pink stamp. It was colored with alcohol markers. The butterfly is a layered stamp from Our Daily Bread (a very old stamp with a matching die).

{BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2025 Linky Party - Monday, May 5
This is also for the {BYSHC} sketch challenge 57. I used a great little Gina K set called "Joy to the World" for my stamped images. The design papers are from Paper Studio, I sure have been happy getting some of my Christmas cards completed early. This linky party always motivates me.
