Happy 4th of July!

I did this card for a couple of challenges. One of the challenges was the Double Trouble challenge to use red, white, and blue, as was the Simply Create 162 challenge.  I also made it for the Free for All challenge on SCS to use two different background stamps using different colors.

The background stamps I used are two very old Stampinn' Up stamps I have had in my collection for 10 years or more. One was stamped in antique photo distress oxide inks, the other I used chipped sapphire distress oxide ink. The paper doll is from Tim Holtz. The striped paper is designed paper, the gold scrap is paper punched with the letters USA. The flag is a cupcake topper.

  1. You card is fantastic, I like how you punched the letters from the gold, and how perfect the toothpick/flag fit the image. Thank you for joining us at Double Trouble!
