As you see it - Blue
How fun to use a stamp that I have not been able to use before today, and to use it on a blue color scheme is awesome! I love how this turned out. The stamps are from Unity. The stencil is from Gina Marie Designs, The ink used for the stenciling are some blue shades of distress oxide inks that seem compatible with the SU colors mentioned in the challenge. The image was colored using Copic Markers. I added the denim design paper to come in with more of the darker blue for the design.

CTD637
I did this card for the Color Throwdown Challenge to use kraft, yellow, pink, and green. I a\lso did this for the Mixmedia challenge on Splitcoaststampers to use torn paper. This cactus from Unity just seemed the perfect image to use with these colors. It grows in the dessert (kraft), it is green has pink or yellow blossoms, and loves the sun (yellow). You can find these challenges here:
I used distress oxide inks to sponge on the torn edges of the pink and yellow. I useed versafine black ink to stamp the image and sentiment. I used copic markers and colored pencils to color the cactus, white get pen to accent the thorns, and yellow stickles for the flower centers.
