The challenge :
I don't know what this tool is even callled, so I took a picture of it in with my card that I used it on. It blows out air for alcohol and reinkers to make this runny look with the ink. I used distress oxide reinkers for my ink, gold stencil paste for the good texture done using a stencil from Creative Worship stamps. The I added the black splatter dots with an old retired stamp that I will forever keep for a "go to" texturing stamp. The die is cut from gold chrome paper aad the die is from Taylor Expressions I think. The sentiment is from Gina K designs. I did this all on watercolor paper then mounted it to an turquoise card base.
Oh, Liz, such yummy texture in your entry! I don't know what that tool is called either, but it sure does a good job! Why not call it a puffer?? Anyway, thanks for filling in the blank at As You See It!
ReplyDeleteI don't know what it is either but when I see the result of its use, I can see why you keep it. That textured and smooshed background is great all on its own but the die cut is a beauty. Thanks for sharing with us at As You See It.
ReplyDeleteLovely card, Liz. The colors remind me of stained glass. Well done!
